Kat Hicks

Kat graduated from Vet Nurse Plus with a Certificate in Animal Management in 2017 and then Otago Polytechnic with a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2019. She is particularly interested in surgical nursing, physiotherapy, and animal welfare. Kat moved to Nelson in 2018 from a small town in the North Waikato where she grew up. Kat loves spending her spare time with her Australian Shepherd named Mouchka, and three adopted cats, Louie, Riley & Daisy. Kat also enjoys a bit of photography, so you may see her out and about behind her camera.
